Our Subpart I privileges allow us to perform Airworthiness Reviews for ARC renewal and issue Airworthiness Recommendations to local Civil Aviation Authorities for aircraft import, registration, or export. Under the Subpart I we’re allowed to issue EASA Permit to Fly whenever the airworthiness conditions are not satisfied.
