Repair

In our repair process, we check the basic functionality of the wheel and replace the tire. As a Part-145-certified organization, we naturally meet the requirements placed on us, including in the area of documentation, and certify the wheel with an EASA Form 1.

Overhaul

During the overhaul process, we disassemble the wheel into all its individual parts, strip the paint, inspect, repaint, and reassemble it. If necessary or upon request, we also replace the tire. We demonstrate expertise in four different NDT (non-destructive testing) methods. Additionally, we certify the wheel with an EASA Form 1.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

In non-destructive testing, various aviation components are inspected for any type of “cracks.” Our organization can utilize four different methods for this crack inspection:

Eddy Current Testing
Magnetic Particle Testing
Liquid Penetrant Testing
Ultrasonic Testing

Our NDT inspectors are certified and approved in accordance with DIN-EN 4179. We can issue an EASA Form 1 for all work performed.
